Root of the golden hour. A warm, earthbound infusion — turmeric and ginger pulled up from the soil, cinnamon curled from the bark, black pepper to open the note. Caffeine-free.

  • Turmeric root (Curcuma longa)
  • Ginger root (Zingiber officinale)
  • Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum)
  • A whisper of black pepper for absorption

Steeping

1 teaspoon · 95°C · 5–7 minutes · 200ml. Add honey or oat milk if the mood calls.

Rinse the pot with boiling water, then pour it away.
